Top Gun throwing program is the most dynamic and versatile program that is guaranteed to improve your player's velocity, mobility, dynamic flexibility, core strength and durability. The program stresses movements that increase rotational power and core stability. This program also dedicates a section to shoulder stability with rotator cuff and scapular stabilization exercises for the long-term success of athletes and injury prevention. Other sections include warm-up exercises, cardiovascular workouts, balance, total body functional strength, plyometrics and regeneration workouts. This program will also help your player become more athletic, which in turn, will help them be more successful in their future endeavors.
The program utilizes agility stations, medicine balls, arm care bands, ropes, weighted hoops and oscillating bars. Radar is used for baseball and medicine ball velocity and all exercises are monitored. Depending upon the individual, the program has resulted in 6-12 mph gains in velocity.
Throwing program consists of 3 meetings per week for 6 weeks.
